Shipping policy

RIYAH Apparel ships across Canada from Courtenay, BC, and offers pickup.

Processing time

In-stock RIYAH products are processed for shipment within 2 business days of payment.
Custom orders ship after production. Orders must be approved, placed and paid at least 4 weeks before your event to guarantee completion.
Custom Store orders are produced in one batch and ship after the store closes.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged at cost on each order. All expedited shipping is at the customer's or client's cost. Any shipping or delivery requested after an order is completed (for example, after a missed pickup, or to a second address) is also at the customer's cost.

Your mailing address

You must provide your current, complete mailing address for every order. RIYAH Apparel is not responsible for parcels sent to an outdated or incorrect address you provided, and parcels returned for that reason are re-shipped at your cost.

Delivery

Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after an order ships. Your order confirmation states an expected ship date; if we can't meet it, we will email you with a new date.

Lost or damaged parcels

Once a parcel is handed to the carrier, we help you file a claim with the carrier. Report damaged or missing items to orders@riyahapparel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number in your email.

Duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees. These are not included in your order total and are the buyer's responsibility.
